Experienced projects
ARG has carried out numerous projects including consulting, ITS service providing, develop and produce traffic control systems and equipment; some of these projects are as follows:
Road safety & ITS Consulting:
- Preliminary study and introduction to ITS in rail transportation. Deputy of training and research- Iranian Ministry of road and transportation.
- Planning and design of intelligent transportation system in Karaj-chalous< (a main rural road that connect Tehran to north of Iran). Metra Consultant Company.
- Speed management manual and operational program for Iran rural roads. Deputy of training and research- Iranian Ministry of road and transportation.
- Pedestrian Safety manual in urban area and rural roads of Iran. Deputy of training and research- Iranian Ministry of road and transportation.
- Speed camera application guidance in rural roads. Deputy of training and research- Iranian Ministry of road and transportation.
- Preparing road traffic monitoring (traffic counting & classifying) Program in Iran. Road maintenance and Transportation organization.
- Calibration of model for zoning speed limit in roads. Deputy of training and research- Iranian Ministry of road and transportation.
- Road Safety Audit (RSA) in more than 12000 kilometer of rural roads network. Road maintenance and Transportation organization.
- Black spot management in more than 300 spots of rural roads network. Road maintenance and Transportation organization.
- Traffic road detectors manual. Management and planning organization of Iran
Engineering and ITS services:
- Rural roads traffic counting projects by mobile traffic counter (NC97). Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization.
- Design, develop, produce, install and maintaining of 1000 traffic counter in rural & urban roads network in Iran. Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization.
- Design, develop, produce, install and maintaining of 50 speed camera system in rural roads network in Iran. Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization
- Design, develop, produce, install and maintaining of Weigh In Motion (WIM) systems in rural roads network in Iran. Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization
- Design, develop, produce, install and maintaining of the first wireless (GPRS) & online vehicle traffic data transferring in rural & urban road network in Iran. Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization and municipality of Tehran.
- Design, develop, produce, operation and maintaining of first Portable ANPR system in Iran
