ARG LEADERSHIP

Reza Masoumi is President of ARG Engineering Company. He is responsible for the company’s infrastructure engineering and design services.

Prior to his current role, Masoumi was Transportation Expert in Ministry of Road and Transportation, focusing on strategy, organizational agility and rapid innovation, driving change across the organization particularly around the fusion of the digital and physical environment. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, he has held several managing director positions at ARG across a variety of sectors and previously at consulting firms in Iran.

Ahmad Salari is Head of Directorate Board of ARG Engineering Company. He was the first general manager of ARG who had established the company in 2003.

Prior to his current role, Salari was Deputy of General Manager in Ministry of Road and Transportation, focusing on rural road safety policy making. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and implementation safety projects.
